At JUDVA, each creation is made to order with precision, craftsmanship, and care. Because our pieces are individually produced rather than mass-manufactured, shipping timelines may differ from conventional retail orders. By placing an order with JUDVA, you acknowledge and accept the timelines outlined below.

1. MADE-TO-ORDER PROCESSING & PRODUCTION TIMELINE

  • Every JUDVA piece is created specifically for the customer after an order is confirmed.
  • Standard production timelines generally range from 2–8 weeks, depending on design complexity, materials, gemstone sourcing, customization, and finishing.
  • Bespoke, customized, personalized, or high jewellery orders may require longer timelines.
  • Estimated production and dispatch timelines may be communicated at the time of purchase.
  • Production begins only after payment confirmation and any required verification.

2. SHIPPING AFTER COMPLETION

  • Once production is complete, orders are dispatched to the shipping address provided at checkout.
  • Shipping timelines are separate from production timelines.
  • Domestic (India):
  • Estimated delivery: 2–7 business days after dispatch.
  • International:
  • Estimated delivery: 5–14 business days after dispatch, subject to customs and destination regulations.

3. ORDER UPDATES

  • Customers may receive order updates regarding production milestones, dispatch, and tracking via email and/or WhatsApp.
  • Once shipped, tracking information will be provided where available.

4. CUSTOMIZATION & PRODUCTION DELAYS

  • Because every piece is individually crafted, production timelines may be affected by:
  • Design complexity
  • Custom requests
  • Gemstone or material sourcing
  • Quality control processes
  • Artisan scheduling
  • Regulatory or shipping restrictions
  • JUDVA reserves the right to reasonably extend timelines where necessary to maintain craftsmanship standards.

5. SHIPPING FEES, DUTIES & TAXES

  • India:
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout.
  • International:
  • Customers are responsible for applicable:
    • Customs duties
    • Import taxes
    • VAT
    • Brokerage or clearance fees
  • These costs are determined by destination authorities and are not controlled by JUDVA.

6. ADDRESS ACCURACY

  • Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information. JUDVA is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect customer details.

7. CANCELLATIONS AFTER PRODUCTION BEGINS

  • As all pieces are made to order:
  • Orders may not be cancelled once production, sourcing, or customization has begun, except where required by applicable law.
  • Please review all order details carefully before confirming purchase.

8. LOST, DAMAGED, OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS

  • If an order arrives damaged or appears lost:

9. HIGH-VALUE ORDER SECURITY

  • For certain purchases, JUDVA may require:

10. INTERNATIONAL REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring jewellery imports are legally permitted in their country. JUDVA is not liable for customs refusal, import restrictions, or confiscation.
